Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to serve you in a way that meets your expectations. Therefore, we kindly ask you to provide a clear address to ensure fast delivery. The address should include the building, house, or apartment number, along with the street name and city. A phone number and recipient name are also required.

Orders are shipped daily through a “home delivery” service, except on Fridays, official holidays, and special occasions.

If a mistake occurs from the store:
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, the customer will be compensated and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, provided that:
- You contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the order.
- A clear video or photo of the damaged item must be sent for review and approval by store management.
Non-returnable cases:
If the customer wants to return a product for any reason and the outer packaging has been opened, the return request will be rejected as the item is no longer in its original condition.
