How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Iraq — no surprise fees at checkout. Just order and we deliver.

How fast is delivery?

Every order is delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation. We ship every day except Fridays, official holidays and special occasions.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all of Iraq, door to door in most areas. We apologise in advance if home delivery can’t reach some remote areas, or if an address isn’t clear.

What address details do you need?

Please give a clear address: building, house or apartment number, street name and city, plus the recipient’s name and phone number.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery: you pay when your order arrives.

How do I track my order?

What if I don’t love the perfume?

That’s exactly why we built our Golden Guarantee: message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange an exchange or a refund. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged, wrong or defective, send us a clear photo or video on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Do you ship outside Iraq?

At the moment, 11:11 Perfume delivers within Iraq only.
