Welcome to 11:11 Perfume! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 11:11 Perfume. 11:11 Perfume operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced here (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. 11:11 Perfume may accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until 11:11 Perfume confirms it. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you on the phone number you gave with the order.

Returns and exchanges are handled only under our Refund & Returns Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, not for resale.

Section 4 – Prices and payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you place your order. Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars (IQD), and delivery within Iraq is free.

Payment is cash on delivery: you pay when your order arrives.

We may run promotions with their own terms. If a promotion’s terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s terms apply.

Section 5 – Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery companies or by events outside our control. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by 11:11 Perfume, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
